The information listed below is required for the Synod’s Online Directory. We will use the Directory to contact you in relation to various operational activities we conduct and correspondence we send out. The Synod Directory will be accessed by Synod staff and authorised representatives from Presbyteries and Congregations who are allocated a username and password.

Changes to Information

To notify changes to contact details click here to download the Secretariat – Update Contact Details – Form
To notify Congregation changes click here to download the Notification of Congregation Change – Form
Please email completed forms to sec@nswact.uca.org.au and cc your Presbytery on the change communication.
If you wish to report a role end date, no form is required. Please email the secretariat team with the person's name, role and end date.
